MR. KELLY K. AYAMBA FCA – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/CEO

Mr. Kelly Ayamba is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). A graduate and price winner in Accountancy, Mr. Ayamba holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from the renowned Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), Lagos, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calabar. He is also a member of several other professional bodies including, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).

Mr. Ayamba has broad-based management and professional practice experience across several sectors of the economy including banking, public practice and the public sector (government). He has considerable experience in auditing and assurance practice, taxation (planning, compliance management and administration), banking, financial and management advisory. He trained and worked with the renowned international professional practice firms of KPMG and Akintola Williams Deloitte and was field senior/manager ofseveral successful assignments.

My Ayamba also has wide experience and deep understanding of public sector accounting, revenue administration and financial management having been involved in several professional engagements across Local, State and Federal Government institutions. He has also served the government/public sector in several capacities including;

• Director of Finance and Accounts of the Cross River State Internal Revenue Service and Member of the Team for the Reorganization and Restructuring of the Revenue Service.
• Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State (CRS) on Public Debts Management.
• Commissioner for Finance of CRS and Member of the State Executive Council.
• Member, Cross River State Economic Management Team.
• Chairman of the CRS State Public Finance Management Committee.
• Member, State Steering Committee of the State Governance and Capacity Building Project – a World Bank Governance Reforms Project.
• Member, Cross River State Government Team on Study Tour of the South African Public Finance Management Institutions under the European Union Support to Reforming Institutions Programme (EU-SRIP).
• Member, Federal Government of Nigeria Team on Study Tour of Brazilian Public Finance and Debts Management Institutions.
• Chairman, Technical Committee on the National Tax Policy, Forum of Commissioners of Finance of Nigeria.

 Among Professional assignments undertaken include accounting and auditing engagements across small, medium and large national and international organizations and agencies, tax management and advisory services, receivership and liquidation, funds and inventory management, institutional audit and financial due diligence, financial restructuring, feasibility studies and preparation of business plans, audit and financial monitoring of donor-funded programmes, reporting accountancy engagements, audit of special project accounts, project financing and project financial management advisory, etc.

 Mr. Ayamba has attended several national and international training and senior management courses, workshops and seminars and presented papers on a wide range of subjects including accounting and auditing, financial management, taxation and tax management, debt and risk management, etc. He has several awards to his credit and is happily married with children.

MR. MEZE EMORI EGBE - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Meze Emori Egbe is a graduate of Accountancy. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology Lagos and the intermediate Certificate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Christian Theology and he is currently studying for a Masters Degree in the same field from the National Open University of Nigeria.

He is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and a Senior Professional Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) USA.  He has also attended several training courses on Human Resource Management and Administration.

Mr. Egbe has had a very eventful and fulfilling career in Human Resource Management and Administration spanning over 20years.  Among positions held include pioneer staff and Personnel Supervisor: Commerce Bank  Plc; Personnel/Administration Manager: Voltic Nigeria Limited, Lagos; Personnel/Administration Manager: Premier Bottling Company Limited, Kano;  Head of Admin & Mortgage Operations:  Home Foundation Savings and Loans Limited, Lagos; Manager, Human Resources: Dangote Flour Mills Plc, Apapa, Lagos and Senior Manager, Human Resources/Administration: Valleumbra Flour Mills Nigeria Ltd, Aba, Abia State (under a management contract by the Dufil Group).
